Hillary is a Florida-born educator, community advocate, and storyteller. She holds a Ph.D. in education from the University of South Florida. In 2024, she debuted the award-winning documentary A Splash of Color, highlighting Black aquatic sports advocates in Tampa Bay. When she’s not teaching or organizing community projects, she enjoys nature, traveling, cosplaying, and spending time with her family.
