Krista has lived in St Pete since 2012 with her husband and dogs. She graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in IT and Operations Management then worked as a Software Consultant before opening up her local, small business in 2014. She sold her successful business in 2025 and currently does Operations Technology work and Project Management in the Energy Industry. Krista is an avid hiker, novice birder, mediocre gardener, practiced scuba diver, trail runner, and is passionate about preserving natural ecosystems both on-land and underwater. Boyd Hill Nature Preserve has been her weekly early Saturday morning happy place since 2020.
