In addition, we’ll explore the original ecosystems in Pinellas County and the native plants that belong and thrive in these environments.

Speaker Bio:
Doris Heitzmann is the Program Manager of the Florida-Friendly Landscape Program at Pinellas County UF/IFAS Extension. She focuses on educating community associations and their members on how to adopt water conservation techniques and reduce stormwater runoff while creating and maintaining attractive, sustainable landscapes. She is a horticulturist, landscape designer, ISA Certified Arborist, and Florida Master Gardener.
